Fluttershy is best pony and I love how
this is my best picture ever.

That background took the most work.
I lost count on the layers but it passes 100.

Agreed. Miss Fluttershy IS the Best Pony, and this is Probably one of my Favorite Pics of Her.

You Managed to get all of the Colors Right (Especially the Eyes, which many People actually Mess up on), and the Background looks Spectacular!
